Business Sponsorship Options

Contributor Package- $200

• Include an item in attendee swag bags (tissues, lip balm, hand sanitizer, screen cleaners, bookmarks, etc) 
• Include promotional offers in a digital swag bag which will be emailed out to attendees of the conference (digital backgrounds, coupon codes, logos, sound bytes) 
• Name of organization and logo included on conference website and listed in program
• Space on unmanned promotional table for advertising materials (flyers, pamphlets, bookmarks, cards, etc) 
• Email conference attendees a special offer in an email featuring your logo
• 1 social media post advertising your business posted on PPW social media page and in PPW newsletter leading up to conference

Manuscript Package- $300

• All items from Contributor package

PLUS:

• • ¼ page advertisement in conference program
  • Option to send someone to man your promotional table all day on Saturday
  • 5% discount code for one attendee at conference
  • +4 social media posts leading up to conference (for a total of 5 posts)

Novel Package- $400

• All items from Manuscript package 

PLUS:

• • Increased ad size to ½ page
  • +6 social media posts leading up to conference (for a total of 10 posts)

Bestseller Package- $500

• All items from Novel Package 

PLUS:

• • Increased ad size to full page
  • +5 social media posts leading up to conference (for a total of 15 posts)
  • Discount code increased to 10% off for one attendee at conference

International Bestseller Package- $1000

• All items in Bestseller Package

PLUS:

• • +5 social media posts leading up to conference (for a total of 20 posts)
  • Opportunity to present on a panel or in a workshop – subject to space/time availability; not available for packages purchased after January 9th
  • Discount codes for 10% off increased to two attendees at conference

Iconic Package- $2500

• All items in International Bestseller Package

PLUS:

• • Include video advertisement on social media channels to be shared at least five times
  • Sponsor conference notebooks and have your logo featured alongside the PPWC logo on notebooks given to attendees to take notes during the conference!
  • Discount codes for 10% off increased to three attendees at conference

Event & Item Sponsorship A La Carte Options:

Additional event or item sponsorship as listed below can be purchased on their own or added to another sponsorship package for additional value. Sponsorship of limited events and items will be on a first-come basis. Sponsorship of events and items with multiple opportunities (ex: meals/tables) can be purchased multiple times.

Get your logo/name in front of attendees and/or faculty even more prevalently! 

Green room sponsorship- $300

•  A sign will be placed in the green room recognizing your donation and will be seen by faculty and staff of the event. Get your brand in front of some big names, authors, agents, and more! Donations will be used to contribute beverages, water, food items such as fruit baskets/platters or snacks, and/or breakfast in the green room. 

Room sponsorship- $300

•  A sign will be included in a room being used during the conference recognizing your donation and will be seen by attendees of the event hosted in the room. The room choice for this option is randomly selected. 

Social Media Upgrade- $350

• Ten posts will be made on our social media page leading up to the conference. 
• These posts will include your choice of imaging (logo, book cover, or author headshot), a thank you, and links if desired to your website (or social media tagging).

Door prize sponsorship- $400

• An amazing prize or two will be offered via drawing to attendees. The lottery will be advertised as sponsored by your brand and your logo will be included on any tickets if applicable as well as marked on the prize. Your advertising information will be included on/with the item. 

Table sponsorship during meal- $400

• Signage/table tent will be included on a single table at a meal during the conference. Table assignments are randomly selected. A chance for your brand to become a centerpiece during one of the most talkative and social times of the conference. 

Sponsor Newcomers Orientation- $500

• Your brand will be featured on the schedule as sponsor for this event and signage will be included in the room where the event takes place. All attendees will be exposed to your brand and marketing materials may be provided to be placed on tables at the event. 

Sponsor Sched Application Used For Scheduling During The Event- $600

• Signage will be placed around the event center listing you as sponsor for the application
• Your logo will be included on the Sched invitation email listed as sponsor
• Your logo will be included on the Sched application

Sponsor Write Drunk, Edit Sober- $1000

• Signage will be placed in the room during the event indicating you as a sponsor. 
• Napkins for this event will be printed with your logo!
• Opportunity will be given for a few minutes of speaking to attendees. 
• Opportunity to provide swag items to attendees of this event. Get your name out to the many attendees who participate in this event (one of the most popular and fun ones at the conference!). A HUGE opportunity for visibility for your brand! 

Sponsor Wine at Saturday Banquet- $1500

• Stickers will be placed on wine bottles indicating that you sponsored the bottles for the meal 

Sponsor Dessert at One Meal During The Conference- $2000

• Table tents will be prominently displayed on tables indicating that you have sponsored dessert for that meal 

Sponsor an Open Bar Night (Banquet open bar or Friday open bar available)- $2500

• Signage will be displayed noting that you have sponsored this event
• Napkins will be printed with your logo!
• Your logo will be printed on drink tickets for this event!

Sponsor One Snack Break During The Conference- $2500

• Signage will be placed on snack tables noting that you have sponsored this event. 
• Napkins will be printed with your logo!

Sponsor One Meal During The Conference- $8000

• Table tents will be placed mentioning your as sponsor of the meal
• You will be thanked publicly during the meal announcements
• Napkins will your logos will be printed and placed at all tables

Personal And Author Sponsor Packages

Designed specifically for personal contributors or authors who would like to get their name out to our attendees!

Vision Package- $100

• Provide swag to be included in attendee bags (business cards, chapstick, pens, etc) 
• Option to provide free copies of your print book in attendee bags 
• Option to provide free copies of your digital book to attendees via the digital swag bag
• Option to provide additional swag and marketing materials for the sponsorship table at the conference

Proxima Package- $200

• All options from “Vision Package” plus:
• Provide business cards to be placed beside water coolers in rooms (room assignment for this choice will be randomly selected)
• One social media “thank you” post leading up to conference which will include a link of your choice (to your own social media, website, or sale page)

Quantum Package- $500

• All options from “Proxima Package” plus:
• Additional two social media posts (for a total of three posts) leading up to conference
• Signage in the book store noting you as a sponsor and listing social media accounts and/or website link (please note that this does not include the option to sell your books in the bookstore, however, more information on how to become a seller can be found on the PPWC website). 
• One small “door prize” will be purchased and noted as a contribution from your sponsorship when given out (method of winning will be randomly selected and may include door drawings, scavenger hunts, or other games)
• Option to donate up to three print copies of your book for additional “door prizes” 

Please note, any of the personal/author packages can be combined/upgraded with event/sponsorship a la carte options for additional value! 

Item Donation Opportunities

Donations to silent auction- any item(s) from gift cards to products that your company would like to donate to be sold during the silent auction. 

Provide door prizes- any item(s) from gift cards to products to coupons/discount codes that your company would like to donate as prizes to be given away in rooms during the conference.
