Can’t book a room at the Doubletree?

Just a quick update about rooms at the Doubletree…

You may have tried to book a room and got this result:

I spoke with the Doubletree staff last week and the Space Symposium has blocked all the rooms in Colorado Springs (yes, the whole city) for their conference, which is the week before ours. The booked rooms typically release a month out in this type of situation. So if you still need a room at the Doubletree for conference, check our link or call them after March 16th at 719-576-8900.
